Job duties and responsibilities:
▪Maintaining and managing the financial records of the company

Job duties and responsibilities:

▪Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
▪Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
▪Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
▪Assist in office management and organization procedures
▪Perform other office duties as assigned.
